Golfing in Kedah

Kedah is one of the northernmost states in Malaysia. The prestigious Darulaman Golf and Country Club is a Ted Parslow designed, 18 hole course located in Jitra. The Harvard Golf and Country Club is also jointly designed by Parslow and comes with a 27 hole green located around the Ladang Jerai Division area. The Permaipura Golf and Country Club is also situated around here that offers a 6,000 meter, 18 hole green.

In Langkawi island, you can head out to the Ginung Raya Golf Resort locate din Kisap. The course offers a 9 hole stretch and was designed by Max Wexler while in Langkawi Golf Club, you can enjoy the game within the lush landscape and sea breezes from within the island. The Golf Club Datai Bay is widely considered to be one of the most prestigious and luxurious course in Kuah which was designed by Ted Parslow.

The northern state of Kedah provides an exciting option for golfers as it is here that the very popular Langkawi Island is located which is one of the top tourist destinations in Malaysia.
