Hariz Hezri is an emerging talent in the Malaysian golf scene.
Currently still in his secondary school studies(2021), Hazri has been making a lot of inroads into the golfing circuit.
He was among the few young talents invited to compete in the US$1 million prize-money Bandar Malaysia Open 2020.
The Sungai Petani-based golfer has played in many tournaments and events that has contributed to his experience and rankings in the sport.
This includes finishing 6 at the 4th Leg SportExcel-Milo-NSC Malaysian Junior Premier Elite Golf Circuit 2020, 49 at the 2020 PGM Glenmarie Championship and 22 at the 2020 Faldo Series Malaysia Championship, where he was up against some of the top golfers in his category.
At the 2019 Pondok Indah International Junior Championship, Hariz finished at the 33 place and that same year saw him finish 13 at the prestigious Sarawak Chief Minister Cup. Meanwhile, Hariz Hezri also finished remarkably in first place at the 2019 MYFJT Tournament of Champions.
