Timothy Lo Tien Ming announced his arrival to the Malaysian golf scene when he holed a birdie on the final hole to make the cut for the highly reputable and prestigious 2020 Bandar Malaysia Open.

At only 14 years old then, the Sabahan player played some good golf to make it to one of the top golf events in the country.

Timothy Lo Tien Ming would also become the youngest amateur player ever to qualify for this event.

Since then, Timothy has ridden on his experience and has since been inducted into MGA (Malaysian Golf Association)’s National Team Players List 2020/2021.

Timothy has been enjoying success as a golfer where he finished top at the 2019 Sabah International Junior Masters and the 2020 Malaysia Junior Closed & SportExcel Malaysian Premier Elite Grand Finals.

Besides that, he played at the 2020 PGM Glenmarie Championship where he finished at 58 and 74 at the Bandar Malaysia Open 2020.

At the 2019 China Amateur Open Final, Timothy finished at 28.
