1. OBJECTIVE
To promote the growth and development of the game of golf at all levels, from junior to professional golfers. To provide a platform for aspiring golfers to consistently compete. There will be a total of 18 events + The Grand Finals.
2. TOURNAMENT VENUE AND DATE
The Satellite Tour is comprised of 18 holes (one day) “closed tournament”. It will be held on Tuesday 30/08/2022 at Bukit Beruntung Golf & Country Resort. There will be NO official practice round. The entry close on Friday 26/08/2022. Players withdrawing after the closing date without any valid reasons as deemed fit by the Tournament Committee, shall forfeit their entry fee.
3. ELIGIBILITY AND OOM
Open to PGAM members and all Amateurs (men and women) age 13 and above with USGA handicap of 7 and below. There will be separate order of merits (OOM) for professionals, seniors and amateurs and top 30 in each categories are qualified for the Satellite Tour Championship.

Winner – 100
2nd placing – 90
3rd placing – 80
4th placing – 70
5th placing – 60
6th placing – 50
7th placing – 40
8th placing – 30
9th placing – 20
10th placing – 10
11th onwards – 5
SATELLITE TOUR CHAMPIONSHIP
– Top 30 in each categories and Satellite Tour winners will qualify. Qualifications will be determined by the order of merit over minimum 10 events.
– 36-holes stroke play.
4. ENTRY FEE, PRIZE MONEY AND FIELD
FIELD
Full field 120 players (subject to approval of the venue club). Priority will be given to PGAM members. Additional slots will be opened to eligible amateurs on a first come first serve basis. There will not be separate division for ladies and they will be competing in the same category as the men but different tee boxes. All Prize money is subject to a PGAM levy of 5%.
PROFESSIONALS
Entry fees – RM220 including the green fees and buggies. (Caddy fees are not included).
Personal caddies are allowed upon approval by the clubs.
Prize money – Will be determined by the number of participants and total sponsorship value (if any).
1st – 6th position:
Winner – 32%
2nd placing – 20%
3rd placing – 16%
4th placing – 12%
5th placing – 9%
6th placing – 7%
SENIOR PROFESSIONALS
A senior division will be opened up when there are 10 or more senior PGAM participants.
Entry fees – RM220 including the green fees and buggies. (Caddy fees are not included).
Personal caddies are allowed upon approval by the clubs.
Prize money – Will be determined by the number of participants and total sponsorship value (if any).

AMATEURS
