THE 48th RSGC LADIES AMATEUR OPEN CHAMPIONSHIP 2025

1. CHAMPIONSHIP DATES:

5th – 7th August 2025 (Tuesday- Thursday)

4th August 2025 (Practice Round)

The East Course of The Royal Selangor Golf Club, Jalan Kelab Golf, Off Jalan Tun

Razak 55000 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

3. ENTRY CLOSING DATE:

Saturday, 26 July 2025 at 12 noon

4. FORMAT OF PLAY:

Stroke play over three (3) rounds of 18 holes each, subject to the Tournament

Committee’s right in the event of conditions

or circumstances which make the playing of 54 holes impracticable, to cancel any round or rounds at its discretion.

5. ELIGIBILITY:

The Championship is open to all female players who are:

1. Amateur Golfers in accordance with the Rule of Amateur Status as approved by the

R&A Rules Ltd;

13. b. Having a maximum World Handicap System (WHS) Handicap Index of 13.4 on the day entries close;
14. Have reached the minimum age of 12 years old by 3rd August 2025;
15. d. Foreign Players handicap must be certified by the Captain or Secretary of the Golf

Club or Association of which the Player is a member;

1. Malaysian Players without a WHS Handicap Index issued by the MGA/NHS are not eligible to participate;
2. f. Entries are limited to 70 players on a first come first serve basi Anything more is at the discretion of Tournament Committee.

Green fee is complimentary and caddies are compulsory for official practice round.

9. CADDIE:

Players must engage caddies throughout this Championship including practice round.

No personal caddie is permitted.

Caddie fee is RM170.00 nett per day inclusive of SST and tips.

11. Individual Entry Fee

• Foreign Players is RM 1,510 nett per player (RM 1,000 Entry Fee + RM 510 Caddie

Fee for 3 days inclusive of practice round)

• Malaysian Players is RM 980 nett per player (RM 640 Entry Fee + RM 340 of 2 days caddie fee)
• RSGC Members only pay Caddies fees (RM 340 of 2 days caddie fee)
• All Players who make the cut for the final round are required to pay RM 170 for caddie fee

1. b. Team Entry Fee

• Only players who have entered the Individual Event will be accepted for the Team Event. Each player may register in ONE TEAM only. The Team registration must be done before the first round commences.
• RM180 nett – Team of two or three players. Entry fee is waived for RSGC Teams.

*All entry fees are inclusive of SST.

–     Gross over 54 holes:  1st – 15th placing

–     Nett over 36 holes:  1st – 12th placing

1. Team Events

–     Best of two Gross scores over 36 holes – Winner & Runner-up

–     Best of two Nett scores over 36 holes – Winner & Runner-up

Best gross & best nett

12. GOLF ATTIRE:

All Players are required to observe RSGC dress code/golf attire and the Rules and

Regulations   of the Club.
