1. OBJECTIVE
To promote the growth and development of the game of golf at all levels, from juniors to professionals. To provide a platform for aspiring golfers to consistently compete. There will be a total of 12 events + The Tour Championship.
2. TOURNAMENT VENUE AND DATE
The Satellite Tour is comprised of 18 holes (one round) for PGAM members and open to amateurs. It will be held on Tuesday 28/02/2023 at Impian Golf Club. There will be NO official practice round. The entry closes on Friday 24/02/2023. Players withdrawing after the closing date without any valid reasons as deemed fit by the Tournament Committee, shall forfeit their entry fee and NO oom points will be earned.
3. ELIGIBILITY AND OOM
Open to PGAM members and all Amateurs (men and women) age 13 and above with USGA handicap of 7 and below. There will be separate order of merits (OOM) for professionals, senior professionals and amateurs. To qualify for the Satellite Tour Championship, there’s a minimum entree of 6 events required.

SATELLITE TOUR CHAMPIONSHIP
-Qualifications will be determined by the order of merit over a minimum of 6 events.
-Tour winner/s will automatically qualify for the Satellite Tour Championship.
-Sponsors’ invitations.
-18-holes stroke play (or as determined by the TC).
-The ST OOM winners will receive the following:
1.Pro RM3,000
2. Senior Pro RM2,500
3. Amateur RM2,000

FIELD
Full field 120 players (subject to approval of the venue club and TC). Priority will be given to PGAM members. Additional slots will be opened to eligible amateurs on a first come first serve basis.
There will not be separate division for ladies and they will be competing in the same category as the men but from different tee boxes. All Prize money is subject to a PGAM levy of 5%.
PROFESSIONALS
Entry fees – RM220 including the green fees and buggies. (Caddy fees are not included).
Personal caddies are allowed upon approval by the clubs.
Prize money – RM3350 (approximately)
1st – 6th position:
Winner – RM1000
2nd placing – RM700
3rd placing – RM550
4th placing – RM450
5th placing – RM350
6th placing – RM300
SENIOR PROFESSIONALS
A senior division will be opened up when there are 10 or more senior PGAM participants.
Entry fees – RM220 including the green fees and buggies. (Caddy fees are not included).

1st – 5th position:

AMATEURS

Entry fee for amateur juniors under 18 years old is RM250 including the green fees and buggies. (Caddy fees are not included).

5. HOLE-IN-ONE
RM1000.00 will be awarded to any player who scores a hole-in-one at any Par 3 hole. If there is more than one winner, the prize will be shared equally.
An additional amount of RM500.00 will also be awarded by the PGAM to any Professional who scores a hole-in-one.
6. PGAM TRIALS THROUGH THE SATELLITE TOUR
Any participant who wish to qualify to become a PGAM member can do so under the following criteria:

3. Play a minimum of 6 events
4. Scoring average of 76 (men), 77 (ladies) and below using the best 6 scores
5. The Best 6 scores will be taken after the date of the official submission of the entry form
6. Only participant age 16-years old and above are qualified to take part in the trials
