Dewi Clair Schreefel made history when she took home the US$100,000 prize for her hole-in-one at the recent Swinging Skirts LPGA Classic tournament. Using her 7-iron at the Lake Merced Golf Club, she aced the 157-yard 12th hole and took home the China Trust Bank-offered prize.

She joked that the prize would be her biggest payout of the year and it would be her second hole-in-one shot in her entire life. It was her first on the LPGA tour though. Her achievement though was not the only one as Jimin Kang made one at the 164-yard No. 3 hole where she did not identify the club before the shot.
